Dr. Preeti Gupta is an experienced Diabetic Foot Consultant with advanced training in foot diagnostics and podiatric care. She specialises in the early detection, prevention, and surgical & non-surgical management of diabetic foot complications, playing a vital role in limb salvage and amputation prevention.
Her clinical practice includes detailed vascular and neurological assessments such as Vibration Perception Testing (VPT), Ankle-Brachial and Toe-Brachial Index measurements, Transcutaneous Oxygen Pressure (TcPO₂), Plantar Pressure Mapping, and Gait Analysis. She also offers targeted therapies like Vacuum-Assisted Closure (VAC) therapy, ingrown toenail management, and orthotic/prosthetic guidance.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, Dr. Preeti is committed to evidence-based foot care that prioritises long-term healing, biomechanical correction, and patient education for those at risk of diabetic foot ulcers.
