- Online booking: appointment booking is handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google collects the details you enter there (such as name, email and phone number) and shares them with us so we can confirm your appointment.
- Phone calls: if you call us from a link on this website, our advertising provider (Google) may record the call time, duration and caller's area code. Call content is not recorded through the website.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect:
- Pages visited, buttons clicked (for example WhatsApp, call, directions or booking), time on page and the website or ad that brought you here.
- Device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and IP address.

We do not sell your personal data.
3. Consent
By submitting a form, messaging us on WhatsApp or booking an appointment, you consent to us using your data for the purposes above. Non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer (section 9) or by changing your cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.
4. Who we share it with
- Doctors and staff of CIIVES and KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals involved in your appointment or care.

- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Calendar appointment booking)
- Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity session analytics)
- Meta (WhatsApp Business messaging)
- [ANY OTHER PROVIDERS, e.g. SMS/WhatsApp messaging or automation platforms]
- Government or regulatory authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India, subject to Indian law.

- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Correct or update inaccurate data.

If the patient is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should contact us and provide the information on their behalf.
